'Practiced' Behaviour
Change the way you think and feel, act and behave: The Simon Edwards Way™
When you first meet Advanced Hypnotherapist and Behaviour Specialist
Simon Edwards, he will often refer to ‘practiced behaviour’ when explaining anecdotally the various ‘conditions’ he has worked with.
This ‘behaviour’ is when we actually practise a new way of thinking or an action and when we get good at it – it becomes part of either our psychological or our physiological ‘vocabulary’ or both.
As we become more and more proficient at doing these new things well, they can become part of our ‘default’ system, so we begin to depend on them.
Now wouldn’t it be good if all of our ‘behaviour’ was positive and was investing in to providing us all with a healthy and stress free lifestyle all of the time?
Alas, this is not and cannot always be the case.
We may have many ‘bad’ habits and do them so well and so often, that we actually do them without thinking…sub-consciously.
As a Specialist in Behaviour, Simon quickly identifies these negatives and then sets about helping you to find balance in your life once more and as he re-calibrates your positives and negatives, the ‘symptoms’ may no longer need to play such a major role in your life.
Sometimes, these old practiced behaviours can have been around for years, so just take a moment to imagine the feeling of ‘good riddance’ you could feel when you are liberated from those old thoughts and feelings – which probably have little or no relevance to you right now, so are happy to be made ‘redundant’.
Simon prefers to work with you once you’ve had an endorsement of his qualifications and experience from someone you can trust i.e a Medical Professional/GP and then please contact him at his Harley Street Practice or to arrange a home/office visit.
